Sales Director (Household Chemicals Products)

Responsibilities:

  1. To set up sales plan on series of JTnaturals goat milk soap, organic essential oil soap and natural soap products sales plan, and organize both development and management of all regions distributors;
  2. To establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with existing distributors and develop new distributors as well.
  3. Marketing research and analysis on distributors operations.
  4. To lead sales team and train team members.
  5. To coordinate emergencies happened on distributors and maintain the relationships with them;
  6. To seek new sales channels, expand marketing shares, and improve product brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or above on Marketing, Business or other related majors;
  2. 8 years of sales experience and 5 years working experience in similar position of relevant companies;
  3. Be able to work out various marketing plans and documents within excellent computer skills;
  4. Sensitive commercial and market awareness, skills on analysis and ability on solving problems;
  5. Good communication skills and experience in team building;
  6. Advanced English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills during whole working process;
  7. Be available for regularly travel.

 

OEM Director (Household Chemicals Products)

Responsibilities:

  1. To develop new OEM customers in Chinese market for Australia goat milk soap, organic essential oil soap and natural handmade soap, and negotiation, contract review and execution as well;
  2. To follow up OEM orders from China and communicate with OEM department of HQ in order to complete and delivery all orders on time;
  3. OEM customers relationship management, customer database updating, new customers development, and replying on customers feedback;
  4. To follow up all steps of whole logistic process from door of Australian factory to door of Chinese customer;
  5. To achieve annual profit target on OEM orders;
  6. To analyze and find out new trend in Chinese market.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or above on Marketing, International Business or other related majors;
  2. 5 years working experience on OEM customer development, orders processing and other relevant jobs with some own customers base;
  3. Capability to work under pressure, advanced communication skills and high working responsibility and stability;
  4. Be familiar with industry of handmade soaps and essential oils soaps, especially in new customers development and existing customers management;
  5. Advanced English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills during whole working process;
  6. Be available for regularly travel.
